Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid features on the Lost Art Games platform, specifically Squad Sponsorship purchases. We want you to be satisfied with your experience, and we handle refund requests fairly and promptly.

2. Squad Sponsorship

Squad sponsorship is an annual fee paid by squad creators to provide premium features for their squad members. The fee is based on the number of invited member slots:

  • 1-5 members: $3.00 per member per year
  • 6-10 members: $2.75 per member per year
  • 11-20 members: $2.50 per member per year
  • 21+ members: $2.00 per member per year

3. Free Trial Period

New squads include a 30-day free trial. Since no payment is made during the trial period, no refund is applicable. The 14-day full refund window begins from your first paid subscription, not the trial start date.

Each user is eligible for one free trial. If you have previously participated in a trial squad, creating a new squad will require immediate payment.

4. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund (within 14 days)

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial squad sponsorship purchase if you are unsatisfied for any reason. To qualify:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • The squad will be deactivated upon refund processing.

Prorated Refund (after 14 days)

After the 14-day full refund window, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your annual sponsorship. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your sponsorship period.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Squad sponsorships that have already expired

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your account username or email address
  • The name of the squad
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Date of purchase

You can contact us through the in-app suggestion form or by emailing us directly.

6. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Sponsorship Renewal

Squad sponsorships are annual. We will notify squad creators before their sponsorship expires so they can decide whether to renew. Sponsorships do not auto-renew.

8. Adding Member Slots

When adding additional member slots to an existing squad, the new slots are billed at the applicable tier rate. Refunds for additional slots follow the same policy as the original sponsorship.
